Seems reasonable. Its a fairly hefty feature list. I'm not sure if the 
pro version is sufficiently tempting for those who (like me) do not 
need the Visio compatibility or multi-page HTML export. Will be 
interested to see what the "keyboard editing" involves. That and the 
hyperlinking might swing it.
