Ya I found this out, oddly I had typed in %20 but like a fool I must 
have put a space someplace in the process and so it hosed... I just 
figured it was a Omnigraffle shortcoming...

Now I still have not been able to open up another ,graffle file in the 
same directory where my original graffle doc is located... so I've 
reverted to placing it on a web server... two ways to skin a cat, ooops 
rabbit er  no carrot...
