altering orientation/placement of label

Hi,

I am trying to make a shape that is a circle divided into three parts. 
The entire left half of the circle is one part, the top right quarter 
is another part, and the bottom right quarter is the final part. Each 
part of the circle will have its own label. (I am making a PERT 
component, in case that means something to you).

I tried making it by using three semicircles, but I have two problems. 
I make two semi-circles (one upside down) and then lay a third on top 
at a 90 degree rotation. This causes the two lower parts to have labels 
which are half obscured, and the left half label is rotated along with 
the shape.

I can work around the first of the two problems by right justifying the 
text, although that is not quite what I want, but I am concerned about 
the rotated label. Is there a way to alter a label's text box, or 
delete a label and add a new one or something?
