2.0 B9 bug - the flip buttons are broken in the size info pane

Dear Mr. Bates:

Thanks for the message.  I brought this issue up with Kevin and found 
out that the buttons aren't actually broken but instead simply work 
slightly different that expected.  If you have a perfectly symmetrical 
shape, you won't see any changes because the shape will always flip 
about its original horizontal and vertical axes and not the new ones 
when it rotates.

We may look in to changing this for OmniGraffle 3.0 so I'll file your 
issue into the database.
