2.0 B9 bug - the flip buttons are broken in the size info pane

1. create an object
2. open the info pane and select size
3. rotate the object or otherwise make it asymmetrical so you can see the
effect of transformations
4. try the flip horizontal and flip vertical buttons

-->they are busted
