[bug] dragged groups are very jerky

Dear Tim:

We'll I went ahead and tested your problem but I didn't have any issues 
with this.  The only thing that I can think that might have caused your 
issue is that the move issue slightly lagging with the mouse movement, 
but I observed no jerkiness when smoothly moving the mouse around.  I 
tested this with snap to the grid both on and off without any errors.

When the next beta is released please test out to see if you still 
experience this problem.  If you do, I'll try and track it down further.
