[UI] option-drag (duplicate) should respect the current state of the option key

Dear Tim:

I believe that someone else also brought up this point and I think that 
it is a valid one at that.  I will be discussing this with our 
programmers to see if this may be changed before we release OmniGraffle 
2.0.  If it isn't then I'll go ahead and add it into our database for 
future consideration.
