Some things I've thought of while using OmniGraffle. These are ranked 
in order of their importance to me personally. The first item, in 
particular, would give Graffle a huge advantage over every other app 
for the work I do -- PDF is my primary delivery format.

- Option to export as PDF to multiple pages (honor page breaks and orientation)
- Ability to manipulate text layout properties (alignment, placement) 
while text is selected
- Magnets should "light up" more prominently when you hover over them 
(halos like shapes get would be good)
- Distribute function (creates equal spacing between objects; similar to align)
- "Draw With This" function: combine copy style -> select tool -> 
paste style into one step
- Optional line jumps (as in Visio)
- Contextual menus please!
- Option to automatically expand workspace as needed (i.e., if I drag 
a shape off the page, add another page)
- Ability to type a value into the magnification menu (as in Acrobat)
- Ability to place magnets with greater precision
