I just want to warn about a serious defect in ConceptDraw.  After you draw 
shapes and then save them to a library (I think that's what you call it) 
those shapes sometimes fail to snap correctly to the grid making them 
unusable when they contain lines that must connect accurately to other 
lines.  I have spoken to them many times about this, and although they 
admit the problem, they have not yet figured out a fix.  I think I found 
that problem also affecting shapes drawn and just moved around the page, 
especially when changing zoom levels.  I couldn't use it for what I do, 
which is drawing schematics and  block diagrams.  So far OmniGraffle is 
working out great!  Below is an email I got from them regarding this
