Dear Mr. Kaufman:

Thanks for catching all of these problems for us.  Our programmers have 
looked into the problems and I think that these issue have been fixed.  
We will most likely be releasing 2.0 beta (v5) soon so that we can 
provide all of our testers with a version that fixes a lot of the larger 
bugs that appeared in (v4).

As always let us know if you run into any bugs or if you come up with a 
great idea that you would like to see put into OmniGraffle.
