MBP blues

I ordered a new MBP a short while back, and it arrived the day after  
the announcement of the new improved faster brighter model. My  
supplier has sent messages to Apple Switzerland, all of which have  
been ignored, and he suggests that I ring them up. He has paid for  
the machine.

What is the best way to touch their stony hearts ? I could threaten  
to go PC, but threats need to be plausible to be effective. I don't  
go much for amateur dramatics, so tears are out of the question. My  
supplier says I should aim either for a swap, or for a hefty  
reduction, either would be nice.
