when I tried that, I was queried for the password for each secure note
(62 of them) ...
however, you pointed out the TAB that allows you to toggle some options:

Radio 1: Allow all applications to access this item
Radio 2: Confirm before allowing access
			Switch: Ask for Keychain password

Given Radio 1, I thought I'd select a half dozen secure notes to see
if I could change the access control for all of them at the same time.
When I select the group, hit GET INFO (in order to have access to the
Access Control tab), I get individual GI panels for each note (as
expected).

So, I can't see how to change the attributes of all notes (maybe
there's an option I'm missing).

I then decided to create a new keychain to house just secure notes.
When I select a group to copy / paste or drag and drop, I'm prompted
for the password for each note.

I don't see a way to export Secure Notes nor to sync them as a subset
of a keychain.

There's an Export Items menu item that is grayed out. And under
Keychain HELP, searching on Exporting Items doesn't seem to come up
with anything.
