Mail 'Entire Message' disabled

I have also tried copying Mail's plist from a Mac that doesn't have  
this problem, and set aside my ~/Library/Mail folder to create a new  
one.
I verified my permissions, and nothing looks out of place; Copied  
Mail.app from another Mac; Reapplied 10.5.1 update...

Still the option is greyed out.

I also created a new account, and the same thing happens when I log on  
to that.
