Wil Shipley agrees:

Perhaps people are spoiled. It wasn't so long ago we got lots of
work done on PowerBooks that weren't as powerful as the Air.

I was going to say I personally don't have a desire for it, but I
have a history of speaking too soon about Apple products, and
changing my feelings when I actually get my hands on them. (*cough*
aluminum iMac *cough* latest iPod nano)

One thing that just occurred to me was that with the taper, the
keyboard might cause less pain in my wrists than my MacBook. (I
really like the touch of the MacBook keyboard, but I can't use it on
a prolonged basis -- I have to return to my split external keyboard.)
