For me it is worth it.  For what I want to do, something like this is  
perfect.  I don't need the balance of the macbook, or the power of the  
macbook pro.  I want small, portable and light.  I rarely use the dvd  
drive on my laptop.  I use it for light stuff mostly.  Plus, it's damn  
sexy.
