the other is general (forgive me) spit.  from talking, coughing, etc..  
it shows up clearly.

it really is an issue.  I've been working on a MacBook shiny full time  
for the last month (interesting considering the screen size) and I  
have to clean it constantly (although Apple does provide a cleaning  
cloth).

personally, I NEVER touch the screen on any of my machines if I can  
help it.  Drives me crazy.  I can't use the Wife's iMac because my 4  
year old touches the screen all the time and she just doesn't bother  
cleaning it very often.
