i'd look into achieving this via privileges; you may realize that 
SuperDuper is an archiving & sync tool, not an incremental backup 
tool, but i'll point it out for the benefit of others following 
this thread; your backup will have no history, as it could with 
Apple Backup, Time Machine, Carbon Copy Cloner's scheduler, Mozy, 
or even rsync (with the RSyncX script assistant)
