How To Make A Quicktime VR

I have a couple of stitched panoramas JPGs that I want to turn into a  
Quicktime VR.  What is the easiest (free) way to do this? All the  
tutorials, software seems like it's OS 9 stuff.  Alternatively, an  
easy way to make a Flash VR.
