Well, first off, that is a lot.

Second, you ISP should run an RBL.

   reject_rbl_client zen.spamhaus.org

in postfix's main.cf does wonders.  On my mailserver it rejects about  
80% of the attempts to talk to my server, and that means I never even  
have to process a single byte of data from those scum.
