Back to My Mac and 10.5.2

Yes, one of the fixes in 10.5.2 was to improve compatibility of BTMM  
with more broadband routers [the BTMM compatibility page had not been  
updated when I checked this morning]. You will need to upgrade the  
10.5.1 computer to make that show up as well.

I suspect it will work with your custom Apache configuration, so long  
as you have the Bonjour module set to load.
