Back to My Mac and 10.5.2

I've never been able to get Back to My Mac to work, despite significant
effort. Now, with 10.5.2 newly installed, it suddenly works -- sort of. As
soon as I boot up at work, I see one -- but only one -- of the Macs on my
home computer network in the Shared section of a Finder window sidebar.
The one that shows up is the only one that has 10.5.2 installed AND does not
have customized Apache config files. Of the two that don't show up, one is
still on 10.5.1, and the other has a customized Apache config file to
publish a Web site as well as some third-party software configured to make
my Webcam visible away from home. Am I on the right track in thinking like
this? -- I'll upgrade the 10.5.1 machine to 10.5.2, and I'm guessing I'll
start seeing it at the office, too; and I'll go back to standard Apache
configuration, and guess that will show up, too. Possible?
