somewhat OT: open source wiki software that runs well/easily on OSX

I am in need--rather suddenly--of installing _two_ new wikis (when it
rains, it pours). One of which will be installed on a Leopard client
machine, already running PHP5, the lastest stable mySql, and Apache2
and a box which I complete access to; the other on a FreeBSD hosted
site.
I have never installed (or even used very often) a wiki, but I do have
quite a bit of experience running over a dozen wordpress sites and a
handful of drupal sites.
I have identified the following wiki engines that would seem to fit
the bill:
- MediaWiki: <http://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/MediaWiki>
- PhpWiki: <http://phpwiki.sourceforge.net/>
- EffurtWiki: http://erfurtwiki.sourceforge.net/
- WIkaWiki: <http://wikkawiki.org/HomePage>
From what I have seen, all of the above would be installable
relatively easily on Leopard client. I want to be sure I don't miss
something that the group's expertise might recommend--or warn.
Ideally, the selected wiki engine would support Markdown input since
both sites' users have been trained in markdown formatting.
Please reply offline to keep list cruft to a minimum. Thanks.
