These are my results:

4 février = 811 hits
"4 février" = 644

4 = 29700
"4" = 15483

février = 1105
"février" = 1100

Hardly any of the "4 février" hits have the string "4 février" in  
them, just a 4 and a février. I have not worked out the difference  
between the 811 and the 644, or between any of the other figures for  
that matter...
