Urban Initiatives?

Sorry for the OT post, but I'm trying to track down something odd and  
I'm grasping at straws.

Does anyone who reads this list know anything about a group called  
Urban Initiatives in London? For the past two years, I occasionally  
receive emails sent to 80+ names most located in the UK about upcoming  
events for Urban Initiatives.  These are not spam, but somehow I am  
mistakenly included in the distribution list. I get pdfs of meeting  
announcements, etc.

The reason I ask here is that there a number of you in the UK who may  
have written to me in the past, thus I would be in your address books,  
and perhaps I was inadvertently included in a distribution list you  
created. Other than folks on this list, I do not regularly, if ever,  
communicate with anyone in the UK.

The messages include a disclaimer saying they're for the intended  
recipients, and if you receive it mistakenly, to contact the sender. I  
have, and have even received messages back from them saying they  
didn't understand what I was talking about.
