RSS Equivalent of MacSurfer?

Howdy All,

I'm moving more and more to RSS feeds rather than browsing Web site  
(for all the usual reasons).  Most of the Web sites I used to browse  
have equivalent RSS feeds, but it seems MacSurfer's RSS feeds direct  
back to the Web page (or at least they do if you don't subscribe).

I'm wondering if anyone knows of a good RSS feed for Mac news that  
covers most of the major sites (like MacSurfer does) rather than me  
having to find a feed for each and every Mac Web site?
