Sharing AddressBook, iCalendar and Bookmarks

My wife and I have separate, full .Mac accounts. We'd like to sync/
share our calendars, bookmarks and AddressBook contacts.
I've tried "sharing" out my AddressBook so that she can "subscribe"
to it. It never works. On her end, she gets a spinning gear for
hours and my AddressBook never shows up.
How can you share out calendars via .Mac without publishing them
online? so that the calendars are simply updated and in sync across
two machines?
What we really want is to be able to synchronize iCalendars,
AddressBook and Bookmarks, plain and simple.
What's the best way to do that given we have distinct, full .Mac
accounts (no family pack) ?
Will Leopard enable the ability? or do I need to resort to a third
party app? Daylite?
Thanks,
Kevin
