i'm not talking about quality ..
since the discussion was around the 30% increase in price at Apple ..
was it due to label pressure?  due to non-DRM risk in sales (ie -  
people send copies around .. better make a little more up front when  
we can) ..
or bandwidth costs

yeah, we do know the AAC is a better quality format
