My three-word review: too much transparency.

I'm kind of okay with the transparent HUD-like things for the tools and
whatnot, but the main window itself should not be transparent. The
application also bogged down for me a little bit in making a moderately
complex (pretty middle-of-the-road complexity, I mean) selection with the
wand tool - something PS would have powered through quite easily.

I'm not sure what the difference in the three tool options for the marquee
were - they had an "overlap" one and other things that didn't seem to do
anything. The standard key combos (option, command, etc.) did work as
expected, though.

How long does PS take to launch on your machine?
