i just was trying to factor in the increased cost of delivering a  
file twice the size:

Apple's 128 are 99 , their 256 are 1.29
Amazon's 256 MP3 are 99

yeah, I was just wondering about bandwidth costs  - and why Apple is  
charging 1.29 for 256k while Amazon is charging 99 for 256k

I figured Apple has to cover the increased costs of distributing the  
larger files.
