First, I don't think this is abuse.
Secondly, it's been said that Apple pays attention to Radar and that  
it is the vehicle if you want them to listen.
I also send stuff to feedback, btw.

I try to make sure I categorize feature requests as such.

There's a popup button on RADAR for feature request.  Isn't that what  
it's for?
