APE can mess up Leopard upgrade

Or better yet, never installing it to begin with.

Still the only time I have ever had BBEdit crash under OS X was when  
something stealth installed APE on my machine.  removed APE, BBEdit  
has never crashed since.  Dumbass claims this is BBEdit's fault.
