I have an HP C5180 all-in-one machine. I like it fairly well, though
I am still running Tiger, so I don't know how well it will work with
Leopard. I did get an email from HP, however, with a link to
download the Leopard version of their software.

One thing I like about this unit is that it has built-in ethernet.
The next model up (C6180) has both ethernet and wireless built-in.

This is a photosmart printer, and it prints photos very well (and
fairly quickly). It also seems to print text well, though I usually
use our laser printer for that. It seems to work great as a copier.
This model does not function as a stand-alone fax machine, but the
next model up (C6180) does. The only thing that does not work so
great is the scanning. When the software works, the scans are fine,
but the software seems a bit buggy and quits half of the time when
scanning.

I also like that it has a built-in memory card reader that supports
several types of digital camera memory cards. Finally, I like that
it has 6 different ink cartridges, so I do not need to replace all
colors at once.

I believe that these models (Cx180) have now been replaced. HP has
an odd way of numbering their updated models! I believe the Cx180
series has been replaced with the Cy280, where y=x+1. For example,
the C5180 was replaced with the C6280. The original list price for
the C5180 was $200, but I saw it for sale at Staples for $100 this
past week, if you can find any still in the channel. The new line
(Cy280) seems to be a bit cheaper than the previous line (Cx180) and
some of them now include a built-in duplexing unit.
