Hi,
I follow quite a lot of e-mail mailing lists, and as I'm reading them
I quite often see really good posts by people. What I'd like to do is
have a simple way of making a note of these people and highlighting
them in future. Give them a thumbs up, if you like. The opposite is
sometimes true, and I'd like to put a black mark or thumbs down
against people.
I'd then use the resulting rating in future threads, finding the
responses by the people I tend to respect, and filter out some of the
trolls.
This sort of thing used to by in old usenet readers, quite often as a
kill file (although I doubt I'd be "killing" anyone). Now that mail
lists tend to be the new version of usenet groups, I'm looking for a
similar feature. You can write rules in Mail to do it, but they become
big and difficult to maintain quickly.
Anybody come across anything like this that will work with Mail.app?
