I want a Mac,
but my company is stuck on Outlook for email and scheduling.

A friend is working for a company that is all PC. However, she wants
to buy a new Mac. Sick of Windows. She used a Mac a former company
that was MOSTLY Mac.
She's an executive in the company, but she's not a technical person
and might run into trouble with the IT folks.
She said she uses Outlook for scheduling and contacts.
Is there an option for her other than running VMWare or Parallels or
Crossover?
Is Outlook's web mail full-featured? could she get by with that?
If one of the above VMs is necessary, which of the virtualization
options is the "no-brainer", ie, requires the least technical skill to
manage?
Thanks,
Kevin
