Are most problems with 10.5.0 fixed with 10.5.1?

My BiL says that there's known trouble with Entourage 2004 and SSL, but
a Microsoft KB article tells how to irrevocably (?!) import the SSL cert
to work around it.

   *shrug* He hasn't called back in 24 hours, so maybe something went
wrong. :7)
