Downloading BENTO using a .Mac email address

I'm not interested in setting up a yahoo or hotmail or gmail account  
to download the BENTO trial --

I filled out the forms for downloading the Bento trial.  Gave a .Mac  
email address.  I haven't heard a peep from Filemaker regarding the  
download key/instructions.  It's not showing up in my JUNK mbox.

I then chose to send email to an address they provide:   preview at bentotrial.com 
  ,  and I got the following :



   ----- The following addresses had permanent fatal errors -----
<preview at bentotrial.com>
    (reason: 554 <preview at bentotrial.com>: Relay access denied)


Thus far, the experience just trying to get the trial leaves me  
wondering if the app itself is reliable.
