This is all GMail. I'm sure it's this sort of thing that made them so  
slow at supporting IMAP in the first place. IMAP does folders, Gmail  
does labels, they've had to jump through quite a lot of hoops to make  
it work at all.

I just think the iPhone gave them no option.

The only thing I don't like on the Apple side is that you actually  
seem to have to go to a folder for it to sync with the server. The  
Inbox is fine though.
