The file disappearing problem is beginning to creep me out. I'm not yet seeing that one myself but I've seen lots of comments. Coupled with the yoyo wireless connections I am seeing (the signal strength icon literally switches from all black to all gray several times a minute), I may look into installing beta 10.5.1.
