AppleVNCServer help?

I recently accidentally clicked on "Apple Remote Desktop" in the
Sharing system preference on my headless G5.

This means Screen Sharing no longer works and I have no way of getting
a GUI to turn it off. Is there a UNIX way (launchctl, AppleVNCServer,
etc.) way of getting Screen Sharing turned on?
