Wow, guys in the robotics labs here are really bummed. The minis (or
"bricks" as we call them) were the hot ticket to embedding the full
power of OSX in autonomous vehicles, rovers, and sensor web hubs.
They're in use all over (with external battery packs). But if they're
gone... what's to replace 'em? iPhone's underpowered/incorrectly
configured, and there's no Mac PDA. The rumoured Mac sub-notebook,
not "due" till December or so? Ugh.
Guess we'd better buy up all the bricks we can to last us...
