I have an Optoma HD73 - with DVI and HDMI
I'd like to hang my Cinema 23 off the Mini on the DVD port and run an
HDMI cable from the mini to the projector
(would be nice if the new minis - assuming we'll see one soon - will
have both DVI and HDMI - or at least support two displays) -
but, if that doesn't happen, I'll just run remote desktop to manage
the machine and avoid firing up the projector

i had a DVD sitting in the drive of my PB17 ..
i was remote on my MBPro and on an AE_g network (before I installed
the AE_n) ..
and I played the DVD just fine ..
in fact, I was simultaneously streaming EyeTV from the same PB17 to
the MBPro .. all over AE_g

no glitches

I mean, will the next version of Mac mini have essentially an AppleTV
"inside" - maybe cost a grand ?

a Mac mini with Core 2 duo, better graphics and with the AppleTV
ports would be ideal
