sure it could be reapplied, at least unless Apple started 
blocking things, but it would be a lot more fussy and thus less 
worthwhile on a time-spent basis; we don't yet know how happy the 
thing would stay if its updates were blocked; will be interesting 
to see how tolerant Apple will be of leaving this product open to 
tweaking
