you have two pieces to your task -- how to schedule/automate it 
and how to capture the stream; AHJ does both, as i recall, but if 
you want to piece it together, i'd suggest iCal, cron or launchd 
for the scheduling, and weed your way through the alternatives in 
this post for the capture side:

something like Streamripper, for instance, could be invoked by a 
shell call in a one line AppleScript applet launched by iCal (i 
have no idea if Streamripper plays nicely with Tiger)
