Power up itunes and ichat where you left off when you fast switch?

I want iTunes and iChat to power up right were you left 'em from your 
other account when you fast switch from one account to another. And, 
presumably, power down the copies you just abandoned from the acct 
you fast switched from. If they weren't on, it shouldn't power 'em 
up. Does anyone have such a script?
