Just to put a European/German perspective on this. That 60 USD plan  
is a dream for me. I need about that amount of talk time. 200 SMS per  
month is way more than enough. That alone would cost you anywhere  
from 15 to 30 Euro here. If that 60 USD plan gets brought to Europe  
with a fair exchange rate (i.e. 40 Euro), folks will flock to it for  
the unlimited data. You can't get unlimited data here for anywhere  
near as little as that.
