Well, your usage is certainly not typical.  I use about 1000 minutes  
a month, and probably another 1000 'off peak' minutes, though those  
are hard to count as they are free with my plan.

(I pay for 2000 a month and have only ever gone over 1500 once, but I  
go over 1000 a few times a year.  This month was 1114 minutes, bill  
closed just the other day).

450 minutes a month is VERY light usage.
