The PR1 "dock" had all three -- clicking the icon on the far left of  
the dock showed all the running apps, and (IIRC) clicking the icon on  
the right showed the windows.  I think there was some other  
convenience as well, such as continuing to press an app icon displayed  
the associated windows...
