Apple Windows apps?

YellowBox, as we used to knew it (or as I remember it), is gone.   
There's no longer a Display Postscript engine underneath etc. etc,  
the low level libraries have changed, etc. etc.

That doesn't mean Apple can't go cross platform.  Apple would just  
need to port the Core stuff (which is C-based IIRC) to Windows (which  
they seem to be doing).

If the right Core* bits have been ported then Cocoa (and/or Carbon ?)  
should work.  Shouldn't it/they?  I'm gonna go with them using (a  
subset of) Cocoa.

Of course, the Mac apps on Windows would probably look somewhat  
different around the edges because of the differing Window server /  
rendering / compositing engine.

Obviously I'm guessing here.
