Apple Windows apps?

Howdy All,

Does anyone (not under NDA) know what technology Apple is using to  
develop iTunes and now Safari on Windows?

I thought iTunes was a Carbon (or worse) app on MacOSX and Safari was  
a Cocoa app?  I am sure they would try to reuse/share as much code as  
possible ...
