iRemote patent.. prior art in TV/etc/programmable remotes?

Nope, because it's specifically talking about pairing a mobile phone  
to a computer to use it as a remote.

Now, I think maybe Sailing clicker and Romeo might be prior art...  
but then I am not a patent liar.
